Jane was our realtor while we looked for our second home. She was MILES ahead of the first realtor in comparison. I was gone for several months while Jane helped my wife get into our new home - and she was absolutely amazing. I'm super pleased with what we have now. Jane helped us sell our last house the first weekend on the market and build/purchase our new house. She also helped our daughter and son-in-law purchase their first home! She really listens and helps with any/all concerns! She is always available and so responsive. We have had duds for realtors before. I would recommend Jane to anyone from a first time buyer to someone looking for a different home.

Jane is an outstanding professional! She helped us buy our first home and then 5 years later helped us sell that same house. I've known Jane for nearly ten years now. I bought and sold my house in Wichita through her. She is an absolute pro from start to finish. I live out of state and the efforts she went for me, from setting up roofing quotes to being there for repairs, to completing the sale after some buyer issues showed how great of a person she truly is. If I move back to Wichita I'll be giving her a call.

I would recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a home to talk to Jane! We're military and we were moving from out of town, hoping to close on a house before we moved to the area. Jane was so good to work with and showed up for us when we couldn't be there in person. She was very knowledgeable in helping us pick the perfect home and throughout the buying process. It was easy to work with Jane because she was always quick to respond, explained everything well, and fought for us when needed. We would choose her again and recommend her to all our friends.
